In Nov of 2009 BTS Europe, held a dealer trip on the MV Tala. BTS is the European home of DIR diving. They are the distributors of DIR dive gear such as Halcyon, X-scooter and Luxfer tanks in 26 countries covering all of Europe. BTS also manufactures and develops dive gear such as heat packs and travel bags. On the dealer trip, BTS dealers from all around Europe came aboard the MV Tala for a week of fun and diving. In 2 weeks the trip covered most of the Red Sea from the North at Thistlegorm to the southern Island of Rocky. The highlight of the diving on these trips was when on a single day 14 divers went for a 100 meter dive to the SS Maidan.

Getting 14 divers to conduct an extensive dive like this from liveaboard vessel required great team work between the divers and the support team. The BTS dealers are all highly trained dive professionals and they worked in perfect harmony with the Red Sea Explorers team to make this day a success. 14 divers went down on the SS Maidan, each diver with 5 stage/deco tanks and scooter. To top it all the dives where filmed by Nick and Valentina from Liquid Jungle production.
